Friday – Check In
Arrive at 11AM
Settle into your private cabins and RV sites.
Spend the afternoon relaxing before hosting a laid-back Welcome Party for your arriving guests.
Host a rehearsal dinner in the Special Event Center for up to 150 guests.
Saturday – The Main Event
Start the morning stress-free – Wedding Party to enjoy a pre-ceremony Bloody Mary Bar served in the Stone House.
Guests may choose to Kayak or Paddleboard – included in the Buyout.
Exchange your vows against the El Vado Lake backdrop, and celebrate with a reception for 150 guests.
Sunday – Farewell Brunch
No rushed morning wake-up calls.
Host a casual Farewell Brunch in the pavilion to swap stories from the night before.
